FUSION.UA LLC ("Fusion.ua", "we") serves beverages, operates a restaurant, provides catering and other food services, retails food, drinks and tobacco, and rents property. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Bookings and guests
Name, phone, dates, number of guests and dietary needs; identity data of overnight guests as required by law.

Staff may check ID before selling alcohol or tobacco; documents are not copied.

Performance of contracts, legal obligations (alcohol and tobacco rules, food safety, tax), legitimate interests (security).
5. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
